Sally Kohn: I want to hear your thoughts on why speed is so important and how you've seen speed either help or hurt companies. One of the things that you talk about quite often is, you know, speed, small teams, why small teams win. She says if a decision can be validated by a quick experiment, then spade is probably not a good fit. But in many cases, it will not be possible to run an experiment because they're almost one way to do decisions. The same thing applies to companies also because I mostly worked with companies that were underdogs or small when I joined.
