The Importance of Consistency in the Fighting Against AIDS

Within Britain I'm quite pleased with the British government because we launched an initiative called a social impact bond where we demonstrated to a cash strapped NHS that by finding undetected HIV on an outpatient basis. The costs saved to the NHS and it was in the tens of millions of pounds so the government having seen these results has given us an additional 20 million pounds to go into different communities within England. Where I would like the British government to step up more is in terms of supporting the problem globally but at the moment they have not yet made their full commitment.
