Product Management - What a Need Is?
We have to satisfy customer needs, better than competitors in the market. We define a customer need as a metric customers use to judge how quickly and accurately they can execute a job step. Metrics are nice but objective; it's hard to debate metrics. Often jobs have around 100 needs. This is really typical. You'll see why in a little bit when we talk about job steps. Okay.
