How Long Does It Take to Convert a Brockley Sprout to Sulphurophane?

When i've made my brockley sprout smoothy after blending it, and if i let it sit in my cup for a prolonged period of time, it tastes different. I think it's probably probably the sulphurophane. So when you blend it and drink it immediately, yo, you probably haven't given enough time for all the scintillates to be converted to sulphurophanes. And so the conversion is happening on the way down the tubes, um, and, and when it gets to your intestines, probably more happens.
