When he started as a doctor's assistant in one Joe in the late 1980s, he was paid about $12 a month. He and his wife decided to marry but could not yet because of government restrictions on how many children married couples could have. They decided to get into industry so they built a cigarette lighter factory with more than 200 workers. In addition to this, he's got a side gig going here where he's building lighters.
