At the time, we didn't have any money. And we didn't raise any money. I think that stories like that definitely goes to show the sorts of mistakes that you go through as you learn how to build a business. We were really keen to move out of the nightclub because it was so dark in there. It was just not a great place to start a fresh, healthy salad company.
