Is There a Lot of Self Deprecating Jokes?
I'm surprised your generation, you're like my niece's age. I just had a sense that like everybody talks about therapy, they might go to therapy. And I'm wrong. It's not that not a lot of people went. So after I went, I started opening up to my friends that go to therapy and more and more of them started up. That's kind of where it all came into place. Like people go, lots of people go. Now most of my friends go actually now, but not a lot choose to talk about it,. especially with people who don't go.
