The Importance of Friendship With the World

I couldn't understand that people were praying for Said as a persecuted Christian but he was looking at how rich we could become off of it. As becoming a follower of Christ for me it was all about giving, not receiving anything. The Holy Spirit was like no friendship with the world is being an enemy to God and so I thought you can be a Christian and have all this too. He would call me whore, Jezebel and he would say don't think when you go out to speak people are clapping for you, they're clapping for me.
