Most patients or quite a lot of patients who have overactive sympathetic nervous systems, mast cell dysfunction plays a role. Medications can help again, particularly with the long COVID patients where the heart rate is going really fast. And then we use so-called histamine two blockers, like Rinididine or Fermatidine. But some people respond very well to histamine blockers.
