The Importance of Fluid Resuscitation in Septic Shock

The IVC is not really like to diagnose them necessarily, but it's to help push you towards a certain type of shock. When I originally created the rush, I was trying to just give people the impetus to just give more fluid. But my vision is totally different now. More literature has emerged saying we are killing patients by giving lots of fluid for septic shock. They don't need more fluid unless they have external losses.
