Laughter in your sleep is well described and it most commonly occurs during rapid eye movement sleep when we're dreaming. It's a reaction to a dream something that you have experienced makes you laugh out loud. Your breath can actually mimic other people's breath and breathing while you're asleep this has also been found in mothers and babies so your laughter might be mimicking someone else's laughter while you're sleeping and social mimicry is kind of a normal thing I really like.
