Are the Data Science Techniques in Practice?

About half or 45% of respondents used agile, about 10% CRISP and TDSP of Microsoft. The percentages were pretty low in terms of use. Is that because we're in the early days of adoption or are these just methods that are not going to gain mass inclusion for some reason? I don't think we are in the early stages of adoption in here.
