China's Tariffs Are Justifiable

The us. has placed a 25 % tariff on 250 billion dollars of g ds coming out of china, and they are threatening to put tariffs on another 365 billion dollars if ch China doesn't agree to new trading terms. These massive payments go directly into the treasury of the usa. So is it true what trump says? Has china not been playing fairly? Yes and no. But japan was guilty of that for years as well.
