The Importance of Community in Open Source

You cannot have only whole way track I believe because those talks are incentivizing people to come in the first place. That's the incentive and also it would be very hard to bring people outside of the community, outside of that local, that city or whatever it is if it wouldn't be a talk. You need to show them some sort of an agenda for the managers to understand what the heck you are going to spend the day. For example I couldn't justify the travel to my company if it isn't a talk.
