The Question Mark That Stands Before Us
I relate to a lot of this. I went through a period when I was in Asia and especially deeply at the Christian and Merti Center in India where I had let go of all traditional religion and orientation and in fact, disparaged it to some degree. And I tried to do much more phenomenological hermeneutic approach that was just immediately engaged. But at the far end of that, I also found myself actually hungry for these human streams of wisdom and experience. It wasn't to return to them for answers. It was to be part of that ongoing evolutionary unfolding human dialogue.
