I remember hearing a talk that you had, I don't know, this was probably in 2018, so five years ago by now. But you talk about this concept of the welcoming gesture. And I just love it and I use it all the time. Can you explain a little bit what the welcoming gesture is? Yeah, so I like to think of them as a way to draw a reader in that feels a little bit like, you know, come on in, you can do this.
