Is the Church in Ireland a Preserver of Older People?

Church attendance levels are now approaching continental levels. Most those who attend mass and a regular bases now tend to be people in the older congregations. The form of catholism is only ahundred ad 50 years old. It will remain, but it 'll b in a different form for the catholic work on the island of arnt. And what will that form look like? I believe myself it'll be hugely lay lead. We ll be primarily led by any spiritual, not administrative, not in a position of power or authority"
