Sanctions - Can They Really Compel Us to Do Something?

sanctions have been, i think we're over sold to americans as see, this is a way for us to do something in the world, but without it really touching you. And i think we created these unrealistic expectations that imposing sanctions somehow automatically leads to results. Will it help stop the war in the next forty eight to 72 hours? No, it won't. But there is the possibility that the the sanctions as tay're now being imposed. May not compel, but they may cause a re evaluation that would lead to a different outcome.
