The Health Effects of Noise Pollution and Light Pollution

I was surprised to where you talk about both light pollution and noise pollution having negative health consequences. Why is that? Well, most people haven't seen the stars the way that they could if they weren't living in a place with a lot of light pollution. That was something that I read in preparing to write this book that really surprised me. And so just in my beginning attempts to create or to collect soundscape recordings, I've been experimenting on myself.
