The Importance of Direct Vision in Knee Anesthesia

i don't want to upset or offend any of my friends and my surgical colleagues by saying anything that might be might be misinterpreted but i think there's an element of they were trained to do it a certain way. Over time as a bit of understanding has come in and we talked about the motor sparing component that has changed so i don't know why they'd want to do it  but with time it may be that it falls under our control again. I agree if you could do something kind of direct vision as opposed to inject and then they wash the knee they inject local answer and then they do this jet wash where does the local go? So i i have some questions myself so
