I think that the hardest thing was for my husband as well. Not knowing how to help, not knowing what to do but also I felt sometimes that people perhaps didn't believe me because it's not something you can see. It's not like having a broken leg where it's obvious that you've done something and you're limping. You look normal in inverted commas. So to try and describe what you feel and what you're going through is really difficult and then you start panicking. And just having that bottle of water is my safety blanket. Along with having conversations about dealing with the fear and the anxiety and the stress that comes along with that.
