Is There a Risk of Side Chains in Beta Lactam Allergies?
Cross reactivity risk to several sporens and patients with a proven penicillin allergy was 16%. It's actually higher than that FDA label right of 10%. And those that shared our one side chains, sephilexin, sephadroxyl, sephprozyl,sephaclor. The level of evidence of a meta analysis is slightly higher,. although we have to think about when the meta what goes into the meta analysis to get that secret sauce of right.
