Is Your Form Better Than Your Form?

i was always a lot better at things like deadlift than i was at squat. I tended to pick the versions of exercises that i could load up more because, in a kind of slightly lost sense, i was like, all but that' where im gong to make the gains. So somehow, mentally, it's been easier for me to go really back to basics and like, you know, squat with just my body weight, but my form is perfect.
