If you're a sales leader listening to this, which a lot of you are, should my team be mostly hunters or farmers? We're going to talk about that today on the advanced selling podcast hunters versus farmers. A hunter is someone who is intrinsically motivated to go find new accounts, new logos and new contracts. There are people who get motivated by saying, I found that that's here because of me. That's a hunter. They then tend to drop and run. And so we're just going to have you do a little suffer for flexion and see what you think you're made of.
