How to Learn From Your Teachers and Professors
Be on the lookout for less formal, more informal opportunities to learn from teachers and professors as well. I remember at the end of just about every first year lecture that I went to at Cambridge where I went to university, there was a small band of students who would stand around the podium for five to 15 minutes asking questions. And looking back in hindsight, I think this was a massive missed opportunity because even if I didn't have any intelligent questions of my own, I think I could have learned so much from listening to the questions that my peers had had.
