I am limited the stupid human need of food. I see nothing whatsoever bad about that. The problem isn't being angry. The problem, oh, i feel so weak. That's where it all got mixed up and wrong. What you just said is so clear to me because, like, it's so, it'sSo wrong. Oh, i'm hungry. It's just food. You know, we come into this world hungry, starving and one. And our lives are constantly about trying to resolve those two problems. Of it's course it's ok to be hungry. Of course it's OK to trust that the he biology in your body could be different to somebody else's.
Discernment is at the core of what it means to be an Essentialist.
It helps us sort through the trivial many and identify the essential few. It allows us to see things as they really are. It guides our intuition, helping us make decisions and take actions that really matter.
Join me and my wife Anna as we discuss how we can become better at discerning the world around us.
In this episode, we talk about:
- Recognizing the inklings of discernment
- Trusting your intuition
- How to develop discernment in the different areas of your life
