The Importance of Cross-Training

I'm a big fan of cross-training, and I don't know if that is because I'm getting older or because I've been running a lot the last 10 years. Cross-training can be so useful to add to your training if you're not already doing it. It's important to realize they need to take a break physically and mentally. So cross-training is a chance to keep active in taking that physical and mental break that you need.
