Is There Any Use for Protein Powders?

Do we need to be taking protein powders? How much is this advisable? When should we take it? And which types of plant protein extracts are optimal? E in that question, tire's a lot there. Ah, it's going to be context dependent. I will say i think most athletes find at protein powder a very convenient way to to get 30 grams of protein in. It's also a little less filling than always eating legums. So i think it certainly has utility but you can still build muscel and perform well without it.
