The Benefits of Mobility Drills

I didn't have a lot of flexibility but I didn't have usable mobility. So my body was really bendy and the danger is my body will naturally do whatever I want it to do even if it means sacrificing good. This drill is doing a bunch of stuff. Okay, it's opening you up and it's getting you primed for movement. Whereas say you take cars like you're controlled or take your rotations, that's just for your glenohumeral joint. We just focus on this one thing and that makes sense in my mind.
