When i was 11, my father taught me the art of noodling. It consisted of diving like a maniac underneath the surface of water and running your hands under any large rocks you might find until you feel movement. Then you reach around, sightless and soundless in the murky water, until you find what you hope is a fish's mouth. And then you drench it up out of the water by its jaw.
