How to Fuel Properly for Workouts

A lot of people are actually walking around on a daily basis, severely dehydrated and they don't even know it. Proper hydration technique is not just drinking more water, but ensuring you have enough sodium, salt, electrolytes in your food, in your supplements, in your body. When I started training with Natasha, who's my Iron Man coach, she taught me how to fuel properly. She said if you keep me fueled, I can train all day. And this is coming from someone who at the peak of her professional career, maybe was training three to four hours a day.
