Lenin's Decree - The Socialist Fatherland Is in Danger

Bolshevik government issued a decree declaring the socialist fatherland is in danger. Workers and peasants were ordered to engage in all manner of sabotage and self destruction. Those who resist are to be shot on the spot. This two points made summary execution the first, last and final punishment for hindering the defence of the revolution. It can so reasonably said to mark the beginning of the coming red terror.
