The Effects of Stress on Cognitive Performance

The main outcome was to reverse the negative effects of stress. We were looking at, okay, well, what happens in people who are negatively stressed out? And then can we reverse that? The first experiment was taking, taking the vibrations and applying them to somebody in a healthy, healthy person. Then giving these people a pile of vibrations or placebo or no vibrations when nobody knew what they were getting totally randomized and double-blinded. When HRV goes up, cognitive performance goes up in a directly proportionate way to HRV. So stress is coming down, HRV as HRV went up, and cognitive performance go up as HRV going up and it stress goes down.
