Is Social Media Changing Work?

I think it has something to do with how work is changing in general. A very short term work situation is happening. From one job to the next, there's no permanent group of coworkers. And another thing is the flex time or the virtual work, right? Everyone's working from home. So it's very hard to build those relationships when we're at home and we're emailing each other. Right.
