The Role of the Antitrust Institute in the Live Nation Ticket Master Monopoly Problem
Kathleen Braddish of the Antitrust Institute is testifying at a congressional hearing on Live Nation and Ticketmaster. She says there should be a presumption for vertical mergers, as we do for horizontal mergers. The Justice Department refuses to use its authority when it comes to these deals, she adds.
