Hubble's Web Telescope Will Be Able to Detect Planet Atmospheres

Webb will have instruments designed to detect lots of things in planet atmospheres. Will be able to detect what sort of level of habitability, whether it's a friendly atmosphere that might be able to harbour life. Hobble is now 31 years old and still working pretty well. But webb is reliant on how much propellant it's going to use up. It's orbiting a gravitational balance point about a hundred and 50 million kilometers from earth.
