What Are the Three, Four, Maybe Five Things That Still Shape Your Performance?

The three to five things that i would say i return to most reliably are perhaps unsexe to some people. I noticed that problems crop up when these are omitted for any extended period of time. The intermittent use of autophogy and entering this state of fasting and catosis seems to me to deliver a host of potential benefits with very minimal downside. We have the hinging movement, like a dead liftor catball. We have fasting plus catosis for an extended period, at least once a quarter.
