Lisa bodell started a company called future think to help organization shake up the status quo. Her big breakthrough came when she was giving a talk to a few dozen executives at a manufacturing company. She challenged each of those groups to identify who their number one competitor was and then pretend you were that competition. The room lit on fire, cause i gave them permission to talk about the things that were literally veboten. It was a mind set shift as well as a business strategy shift.
