Scientist says there is a wave length of light bouncing off that clearly black and blue. The purpose of this is that the brain is interpreting light and turning it into something that we can understand. It goes through different types of cells and then it goes into the dark recesses of our skulls. And there's all sorts of influences there, which change our perception.
