The Importance of Holding Categories

Ernie says he's been thinking about this a lot in his own budget. All these holding categories are money waiting to be allocated, but I don't want it to be ready to assign. The first category there is compassion. We put a good amount of money there because this is the most fun way to spend money. And we usually use a little bit of it every month because I'll do random things like a big tip at a restaurant.
