Ahmed: I am typically in my career not a huge fan of systems and structures that help to identify low performers. He says he would rather that it get bubbled up organically than weeding out cultures where you look to your left looking to your right only one of you is going to make it. Ahmed's strengths are so well aligned for the work that they're being asked to do, he says. "I feel for the first time perhaps ever there or certainly in a very long time my strengths are so good"
