The Effect of BFR on Fiber Growth in a Training Group

The study by Bjornsson is the strongest evidence we have of that type one specific fiber growth in a group of trained individuals using BFR. The other two comparative trials, one is by David's and the other one is by CLJACS found opposite results. In both cases, they had high load training compared to what I would call pure BFR training. And these are the only two studies on trained participants using this protocol. Okay. Is there any questions you have at this point before I just keep rolling? Yeah. This is very good.
