i think it comes down to belonging. A robust on boarding program, whether it's imperson or remotely is really anda. Maybe even a mentorship programme having a recent graduate who's taken an entry level role be mentered by a mid career or even senior career person that they can check in with,. That's how they can make it better. I i heard juliana say she misses the snacks, of course. You know, food is a great equalizer. Everybody likes to come around the table and break bread. And so i wanted to chat with her and other classo 20 21 grads about, you know, what should employers know? How can theyake make it better
