Do You Have Too Many Good Ideas?
One of the biggest takeaways that i had actually was not his original idea in the book, but he covered it really well. He said businesses are more likely to die of indigestion of too many great ideas than starvation of not enough great ideas. And then just as important with that is the things that you say no to. Say no to opportunities and to reallat focus only on opportunities or initiatives which follow your corps business goals. I talk about this all the time with marketing, because there is so much noise out there.
