Product and Product Marketing Work So Closely Together

The relationship with the product team is really key. Because p m m at intercom have this full stack remit. Each pmm will own a specific part of our product or men, and then be partnered directly with two to three piems who work in that same area. And therefore they can provide really great value to the piam team as well. I do think it means that we ultimately build better product and do better launches because of that close relationship.
