I found myself disappointed throughout my work up into employment and disillusioned. I wanted a leader who emulated what he espoused a leader who's accountable and who held me accountable. No matter what industry you're in whether you're in the Marine Corps Army IBM, you're gonna have some good bass bosses or bad Bosses. You can't sit there and be mad like why don't they understand or you can say okay I gotta work with this  and things are gonna get better that's the way it works.
