Is the Court Writing a Brief?
Front of the court briefs are written on behalf of groups that want to influence a case. They usually reference other cases, but now there's no way for them to be transparent about who they're funded by. So i asked senator sheldon whitehouse about why this is such a big deal. He said he has been banging the drum about how we need to get rid of dark money in courts.
