Do You Feel Like You Need to Be Always Searching for Other Things When You're on a Show?

I have had this sort of improbable good fortune to be on multiple shows in which I find the people and the characters really interesting and really good to be around so given that it's feels so steadying. Having a you know okay so for these four or five months I'm gonna be working with these people in this location on this project has been creatively scary and challenging and exciting but also I get like a paycheck. That then means that when I'm not working, just be like oh well I'm sort of interested in writing I'll try writing something I'll try directing It sort of subsidizes your more nascent ambitions so it's lucky it's really lucky can you?
