Not all plants have adopted the Elizome Ant-attractant strategy. The original theory was that they got their seeds dropped at a time in early spring when there wasn't much food available for ants. As the season progresses, you find that the Miramakakore plants that drop seeds get bigger and bigger. And so the ants never really prefer the seeds.
