Cocaine

Cocaine is addictive, but it's nowhere near as addictive as crack. Government or the reg administration deliberatelya took this cocane product and sold it in urban, black neighborhoods. The original name for it was reddy rock, that basely houd come up and buy it and like smoke it right away. And eventually started to sell to street gangs, primarily the bloods and the cryps.
